For this project you will need a sand dollar, a hot glue gun, glue sticks, thick cord, and hook screws. Start this craft project by screwing the hook into the wall next to your curtain. Next figure out the length that you will need to cut the cord. Do this by measuring the cord against the curtain, the hook, and the wall. Now you are ready to make your tie back. Start this project by painting the sand dollars. You can paint the entire sand dollar or you can paint simple images on them; you can even write letters on them to spell out a message.

Next paint the edges and the back of the cardboard that will be visible and glue the mirror to the cardboard while allowing an even amount of room on all sides. Now glue the sand dollars around the edges of the mirror and allow it to dry. Add some wire or ribbon to the back, and this home décor craft project is ready to hang.
